2 hours of careful masking and rubbing down with 240 grade wet’n’dry.
A thorough degreasing with brake cleaner, followed by 2 careful dust coats of paint 5 minutes apart, then 2 heavy soaking coats, 20 minutes apart.
A few nights on the radiators to cure before reassembling the internals.
